To be blunt...shit is getting real. I've had some serious health setbacks. I've been in the hospital for about 3 weeks. I'm home now and so grateful for the peace and quiet. In the middle of all of this, Adam had surgery on his knee to repair a torn minscus.

I was diagnosed last week with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). I'm told of all the types of lung cancer, NSCLC is the "best," most treatable type of lung cancer.

A 4 year update, since the day I was list on the Heart Transplant Wait List. "As of today at 4:26:05 CST I'm officially on the โก Transplant List! I'm excited because I've given blood, sweat & tears since mid-June to this process, so I'm relieved. I'm also fearful. Mixed emotions-today is a big day. I'm so grateful to you for your ongoing support. I need it!"
